Born and raised in suburban New Jersey, I grew up with three brothers in a family of jocks. But after coming to terms with my unfortunate talent for kicking the soccer ball into my teammates' faces, I found a home in musical theatre. Since then, I've been on a continuous quest to do and learn as much as I possibly can. I love tap dance, Tennessee Williams, and Gavin Creel's spinning vibrato. I love that theatre demands the work of an entire community of artists. Most of all, I love every member of the audience who remembers to silence his/her phone. I just recently graduated with a degree in theatre and now, with a diploma in one hand and headshots/resumes in the other, I'm excited to see what new project lies on the horizon.
"To Tell Good Stories Well." Plain and simple. I am a firm believer in the power of storytelling to enrich and change people's lives and I want to be a part of telling those stories in any way I can. Acting. Singing. Dancing. Choreographing. If there's a story worth telling, I want to be a part of it.
As we all know, the coronavirus has hit the United States and everyone is practicing social distancing in order to slow the spread of the virus. As a result, the Bandstand tour is on hiatus and I'm back home in New Jersey. As a way to stay busy while we're stuck indoors, my friend Taryn Urban and I are are recreating makeup looks from different Drag Race queens and posting videos of the process on my YouTube channel. If you're looking for something fun to do, head over to our Quarantine Queens playlist and watch a video!
